The free trial runs for 30 days. It exists to prove the product on a single matter, not to run a practice, which is why every cap is deliberately small.
Enterprise is negotiated per firm, with onboarding, review sessions and a named point of contact.
How the meters are counted
Active matters — counted across active and on hold. Drafts are free, and closed matters do not count.
Seats — firm members plus pending invitations. An invitation nobody has accepted still holds a seat. Clients and externals are not seats.
Analyses per period — runs that actually called a model, within the current billing period. A run that carried everything forward does not count.
Document storage — across the whole firm.
What happens at a limit
The refusal is specific: which limit, what your plan covers, and what your firm has used. Nothing already in the product is deleted, hidden or degraded.
Plan-locked
When a trial ends or a subscription stops, the firm goes plan-locked:
Every matter, document and analysis stays readable and downloadable. New work is paused until a plan is chosen.
Past due
A failed payment does not pause anything while it is retried. Full access continues; update the card to avoid interruption.
Where a limit bites
You will meet these as refusals in ordinary flows: opening a matter (active matters), inviting a colleague (seats), uploading (documents per matter, file size, storage), running an analysis (analyses per period), and adding a task (tasks per matter).
